Tangshan Eylein Fitting Co., Ltd is an exclusively
foreign enterprise, independently invested by Tianwan Eylein International
Group. The company is a professional manufacturer of PVC pipe
& fittings and started producing from July 2004 with specification
¦µ16mm-¦µ710mm for PVC pipe, ¦µ16mm-¦µ400mm for PVC fittings. There
are three grade of pressure standard, high and middle and low,
the spec. exceeds thousand kinds.
Adopting the most advanced produced equipment
of pipe and fitting from Europe and Taiwan, which are DCS centrally
auto controlled, automatic production is achieved from material
transfer into silo, storage, measurement, mixing, curing, feeding,
processing, products selecting and packing. All processing line
adopts DCS automation. The main production equipment includes
the most advanced PVC accurate injection molding machines at present,
professional PVC plasticizing design, the completely model type
is from 150T to 3,000T. The total number of planned injection
molding machines will be 120 sets. Also includes the full automatic
pipe extruding machine with planned 28 producing line. Eylein
will be the professional manufacturing enterprise of pipe &
fitting with the most capacity, largest diameter and the most
comprehensive variable spec. in the world now. The moulds introduced
by the most advanced PVC specific Modul Runner Tech from Austria,
adopted the DIN1.2316 nickel chrome stainless steel most suitable
to PVC character from Sweden, which will effectively decreased
the maintenance cost of molds and improve the times of mold shaped.
It would maximize the production scale, minimize the cost, optimize
the quality of products and make the efficiency persistent. Whole
operating is based on the standardization, using ERP quick reaction
management towards supply chain; technical research and develop
department adopts PDM software management, the quality of products
